Finally, the 2021 is here and we wish new year brings lots of great, exciting and good surprises for all of you along with happy, positive and healthy lifestyle. 14.01.2022 Hello Everyone, Finally the day is here, only few more hours and the wait would be over. We are opening at 10 am tomorrow morning. 24 hours access would be available to our members after that. Before coming to the Gym please make sure:... 1. You do not have cold or flu like symptoms or do not have fever. Your body temperature can be checked. 2. You must wear face mask all the time in the Gym. Your nose and mouth must be properly covered. 3. In order to abide the 20 people cap rule bookings are required between 3 pm to 9 pm Monday to Friday. To book your session, please give us a call on 90423128. Except the above hours, please call us before you come in for the session during staffing hours just to make sure that we have enough capacity to fit you in. The great news is that according to government statements this limit is applicable for only 2 weeks, if everything goes well. After that, we can have 100 people at one time. 4. If you come to the Gym without confirming over the phone or without booking during 'booking required period' then you would be required to go back if the Gym is full with max. cap of 20 people. 5. Strictly, Max. 45 mins session per person. You would be requested to leave when your session is expired. 6. Simply No Towel No Entry. You must place your towel on every equipment's seat during every use. The towel must be good sized so that it can cover at least upper part of your body. 7. You must keep your hands clean all the time while training in the Gym. 8. You must bring your own filled water bottles with you as we will have no shower and drinking water facility in the Gym. 9. All the upfront memberships would be extended accordingly. 10. All the Direct debit memberships would be resumed from tomorrow. In case of not following above rules you would be requested to leave the Gym premises on the spot. Please don't mind if we request you to do so. We are very excited to welcome all of you back in Gym.
