25.01.2022 A big congratulations to Chelsea and Joht who eloped on Saturday in an intimate ceremony with only their witnesses and children watching on. It’s always such a privilege to capture such a private moment. Fancy & Free package with the amazing @natalieskye_thesunnycelebrant
24.01.2022 Eloped. Friday the 13th some months ago. But the news is out and I can now share And I just had to, because these guys were the cutest and funkiest!! And it was a wedding full of only love and adoration. Def a fave from last year. Fancy & Free w @natalieskye_thesunnycelebrant @ Noosa, Queensland
23.01.2022 Have been enjoying creating branding content over at @sunshineandsaltykisses I actually never really enjoyed branding and then I realised it was bc I wasn’t offering to capture content that I loved creating. I’ve found a newfound love for capturing coastal content that naturally fell into place with my interest in surf photography. Loved this shoot for @wethenative who launch their slow sustainable threads this month. Their pieces are divine
23.01.2022 Just a little shout out to say thank you for all those who have followed my @sunshineandsaltykisses ventures. I pretty much suck at social media so the thought of 2 accounts always daunted me but I’m glad I did it. It has pushed me to pick up my housing more and I’ve been enjoying the opportunity to branch out with branding/fashion and it’s something I’m surprisingly enjoying It’s nice to feel growth
22.01.2022 Ok guys. Sorry for the long post but I'm trying to kick my butt into gear with my social media (yeh yeh, you've heard it all before haha). To be completely honest I haven't enjoyed promoting on Facebook for a long time for many different reasons. 99% of my posts are posted on my Instagram page and automatically set to post on Facebook (which is why sometimes I take a while to reply to comments because I'm not checking them). If you've followed me for a long long time, you kn...ow I used to post sneak peeks of at least 3-4 images from each session to my Facebook page but instead now just will share usually one or two images direct from my Insta. Out of curiosity, what do you prefer? Instagram or Facebook. Do you miss my interaction here or didn't really notice? Do you enjoy blog posts or don't bother clicking on links? Do many business pages reach you these days? I'd love some feedback please if you could take the time to let me know I'd appreciate it so much Bec x
21.01.2022 . Loved having the opportunity to shoot something different and out of my comfort zone. Such a privilege to capture such a beautiful bond between this gorgeous girl and her mamma
21.01.2022 It’s often the in between moments that end up being my favourite images. And yet, I always seem to forget to share them. It’s the little moments that make life big. Raw and real @ One Tree Hill Maleny

20.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone! I hope your holidays looked a lot like this I took some much needed time from editing and keeping my socials updated to enjoy the good things in life over the break. Slowly getting stuck back into my workload and ready to welcome all the wonderful opportunities that lie ahead in 2021.... I’d like to thank every one of you for all your support. It means so much! Love Bec x @ediewatson for @honeybones_au @sunshineandsaltykisses
20.01.2022 The walk around
19.01.2022 The best thing about elopements is that it truly is YOUR day. No need to run any decisions past anyone except the person you are about to marry. So if you decide you want to have your ceremony mid morning and your creative photos during golden hour, then that ‘s what you do. That’s exactly how Alex and Liz planned their special day and the Fancy and Free @natalieskye_thesunnycelebrant team were more than happy to cater for. ... 11.00am vs 4.30pm Both beautiful in their own way. Captured last week when the weather was much nicer @ Noosa, Queensland
19.01.2022 The beauty you see in me is a reflection of you ~ Rumi

It was a privilege to capture your special moment!

16.01.2022 What a wedding. So laid back and so full of love and happiness. And can I just say, I don’t think I’ve jammed as much as I did yesterday. What a playlist! Such a vibe these ladies brought to their day. A big congratulations to Peta & Christelle, wishing you both all the happiness together ... Fancy & Free with @natalieskye_thesunnycelebrant
15.01.2022 Earthside soon
14.01.2022 Today is World Oceans Day. I thought it would be fun to share a few fun facts I discovered through @natgeo about this amazing place that connects us all around the world Around 70% of the Earth’s surface is covered by oceans. The name Pacific Ocean comes form the Latin name Tepre Pacificum, peaceful sea. The deepest known area of the Earth’s oceans is known as the Mariana Trench. It’s deepest point measures 11km. The longest mountain range in the world is found under wa...ter. Stretching over 56,000km, the Mid-Oceanic Ridge is a mountain chain that runs along the centre of the ocean basins. About 70% of the oxygen we breathe is produced by the oceans. The sea is home to the world’s largest living structure the Great Barrier Reef. Measuring around 2,600km, it can even be seen from the Moon. We have only explored about 5% of the world’s oceans. There’s a lot more to be discovered #worldoceansday See more

12.01.2022 Old enough to know better, young enough to get away with it A perfect afternoon celebrating milestones. Happy Birthday Laura STYLING @boho.sisters @ Sunshine Coast, Queensland
11.01.2022 I couldn’t think of a better way to relax and celebrate after your ceremony than to cruise up the Noosa River with your loved ones. Sam & Charlotte married overlooking Noosa’s beaches a couple weeks back and then enjoyed a cruise up the beautiful Noosa River before heading to their reception. I had such a nice afternoon with these newlyweds. Such a casual and beautiful couple! Congratulations Sam & Charlotte, wishing you all the happiness x Fancy & Free wedding w @natalieskye_thesunnycelebrant @ Noosa River
10.01.2022 @insaltsociety love me a classic car and a dirty windscreen @sunshineandsaltykisses
10.01.2022 What stunning weather we had in Noosa on the weekend Congratulations to Steve and Christine who eloped at Little Cove. 09.01.2022 Those little in-between moments Gorgeous family session holidaying earlier this week in Noosa
09.01.2022 My heart sank a little as I saw raindrops hit my windscreen... but as suddenly as it started, it stopped. And just like that, we had ourselves a beautiful afternoon overlooking Noosa beaches. ... Perfect for a surprise picnic proposal with the most beautiful setting with Kat from @noosapicnics A big congratulations to Daniel and Stephanie on their engagement!!! You guys are perfect together @ Noosa, Queensland
09.01.2022 We can only be what we give ourselves the power to be ~ Native American Proverb Upon using this amazing headdress prop I grew curious and did some research. The Indian headdress was worn by the brave and powerful. Each headdress varies from tribe to tribe as it represents the culture of each tribe. Warriors earned a feather each time they did something the tribe felt was a brave act. Once there were enough feathers collected, they were then made into a headdress. The most prized feathers to receive was the Golden Eagle feather because the Indians saw the eagle as a messenger of God, this feather could only be earned through hardship, loyalty and strength
08.01.2022 A new week that will be filled with new love
07.01.2022 Attempting a #febfotochallenge over on my @sunshineandsaltykisses account if you’d like to follow along Day 1. = A photo of you
06.01.2022 Feeling for our fellow Victorians as I scroll through my feed. Small business shut down again. Those already struggling from the first hit, facing the same road all over again. We can help though, online purchases or vouchers for use later from all those businesses affected. And if you aren’t in a position to do that, even just a like, comment and share does wonders for a small business Go share some #covidsucks
05.01.2022 - Not even mad about the fact I had to hitch a ride with Noosa Dreamboats Classic Boat Cruises to get to this amazing sandbank perched beautifully up on a low tide Noosa river for the gorgeous Dreamboat Fancy and Free Weddings Noosa package. Apart from the fact I get to ride in style, what I adore about these packages is the uniqueness of each one. Our Noosa river is ever changing and not two sandbanks are the same. Their own unique part of nature that's just theirs for the day and will most likely change with the weather over the next day or so. Their very own story that washed away with yesterday's tide
04.01.2022 Open again for bookings Due to restrictions being recently lifted I’m now able to offer sessions again I have been in contact with any postponed sessions via emails today and now have remaining availability for coming weeks. So excited to getting back to what I love. Bec xx
04.01.2022 Who fed me from her gentle breast And hushed me in her arms to rest, And on my cheek sweet kisses prest? My Mother. ~ Anne Taylor ... A session to remember baby Lennox’s breastfeeding journey
04.01.2022 We arrived on location only to take literally 3 photos and the heavens opened. No one tells you when you take up portrait photography that you basically need a Degree in Meteorology as well Lucky for us, only minutes down the road was spared and we found ourselves a small patch of wild grass to play in. ... How gorgeous is this mummy and me session? Beautiful little family
04.01.2022 Wedding weather with a view A big congrats to Larry & Emma who married on the weekend with close friends while streaming live to family overseas. How good is technology huh? A big congratulations to this very sweet couple. Wishing you both all the best for this next chapter together ... Fancy & Free package w @natalieskye_thesunnycelebrant
03.01.2022 It’s so nice to be shooting again. My first wedding since the dreaded c-word went down. Andrew and Ronelly were originally to be married overseas until COVID decided otherwise. Instead they opted for an elopement overlooking the beautiful Noosa River. Congratulations to this gorgeous couple. Amazing Fancy & Free wedding w @natalieskye_thesunnycelebrant
02.01.2022 Hands up if you love Fancy and Free @noosadreamboats packages w @natalieskye_thesunnycelebrant
01.01.2022 Small weddings and elopements are totally my jam and every now and then certain ones stand out in the memory bank. I loved how raw and organic this gorgeous wedding was last week. From the heartfelt vows specifically written to each-other with such thought and love to the traditional tribal music that literally gave me chills as the bride walked down the aisle (later described by Edith as her power song). As well as her non-traditional dress heavily influenced by her life j...ourney living in Sedan as a registered nurse for world aid as well as her love for African people and their flair for colour. I loved the Sahara feel to her styling and a stand out bride she absolutely was. And then there were the little things i picked up on. Like the long embraces between loved ones. Not the quick hugs I’m so used to capturing at weddings but long slow purposeful interactions with meaning and thought behind each hug. Such a beautiful thing to witness in such a rushed world we live in. Wishing Edith & Chris all the very best for their future together. Another amazing Fancy & Free package w @natalieskye_thesunnycelebrant
01.01.2022 The cool thing about elopements is not having to abide by traditional timelines on your special day. Yesterday Phil and Shellan decided on photo opportunities first up in a relaxed lead up to such a beautiful moving ceremony followed by an intimate picnic afterwards to relax and wind down. Perfect for Shellan who expecting their first bubba in the coming months! Their day, their way Another amazing Fancy & Free package w @natalieskye_thesunnycelebrant So lovely to meet and work alongside @mitchbirchallstudios
01.01.2022 Fun fact about just about every sunrise session I’ve ever done. I ALWAYS have bad dreams the night before about not making my sunrise sessions (missing the alarm etc). This time around I dreamt that I got the sunrise time wrong and arrived at location to a bright sunny day and no clients Apart from the bad dreams, I absolutely love sunrise sessions and every single client I’ve ever captured (morning person or not) has always commented on how lovely it is to be up sharing beautiful moments that I get the privilege to preserve for them Feels amazing to be back doing what I love. Due to privacy reasons I can’t share too much from this session but so in love with what I’ve worked on so far! We live in such a pretty location
01.01.2022 Gorgeous little elopement over the weekend in a gorgeous little nook to match. Lake Weyba providing a beautiful setting for photo opportunities. Sooo lucky Elijah & Emily decided upon a morning wedding as Mother Nature had her way by the afternoon with severe storms. Another gorgeous package with @natalieskye_thesunnycelebrant @ Lake Weyba Cottages Noosa
01.01.2022 Last week I decided I wanted to recreate an image I took 6 years ago. The original was taken on private acreage which was sold after this was taken so we found a new location and gave it our best. Time really does fly, feels like only yesterday we took the original. Took a bit more bribing this time around but I'm glad he was still willing. Love him
