According to the weather forecast 90% rain this Sundays yoga classes will be cancelled unfortunately.... 2. I have decided to take a break from kids yoga classes @ 23 Kurilpa st, West End. I am still running my private adults yoga class & Private kids yoga classes in a small groups around West End TBA. 02.01.2022 Introducing our lovely new instructor Keira Chen (Xi Chen) Keira has practised yoga for over 6 years and is a registered yoga teacher having completed 200hrs o...f Yoga Teacher Training with Being Yoga, and kids yoga training with Rainbow Kids Yoga. Yoga practice is a part of her daily lifestyle, with her favourite yoga style being Yoga Vinyasa Flow, and also enjoying gentle yoga flow & Yin yoga. Currently, Keira is teaching yoga classes at the following studios: Anytime Fitness Hamilton Barre en I air Brisbane City Healthworks West End Healthworks on the river Teneriffe She also instructs yoga classes for private groups, and kids & Teens yoga with the Brisbane City Council Chill Out program during the school holiday period. She is very excited and happy to share this yoga class with everyone and the bunnies! In this class, you will gain knowledge of breathing, all kind of yoga poses and peaceful relaxation time.
