24.01.2022 Don’t need to move premises, just need to re-arrange your site? NO WORRIES! We can do that! This client not only needed their racking moved to a different area but also requested it be reconfigured to a different layout. Our legendary ground crew jumped to it and performed the pull-down and reinstall in impeccable timing even while working in 35+ Celsius heat - and we think the final product looks epic! 24.01.2022 JOB UPDATE We’re past the halfway mark of the large International FMCG Retailer Chiller Project! The crew is progressing ahead of schedule (Yeah team!!! ) despite being met with certain roadblocks such as hitting Reo (reinforcements in the concrete) every time they try to insert one of the many hundreds of Dyna bolts required to secure the base of all the racking verticals. BUT the client has been busy restocking the newly configured racking we’ve installed just in time for the Christmas rush! 23.01.2022 2020 has been all about a different type of screen time! COVID SCREENS! When the pandemic hit, Terry White Chemmart Runaway Bay installed 10 of our Protective Screens in their Pharmacy. Recently one of them had been damaged so they gave us a call and within 24 hours we’d picked it up, repaired it, returned it and reinstalled it to continue protecting the team and their customers. This screen is a 6mm thick clear acrylic, so we were able to simply repair it as they don’t shatter like the thinner ones do. As part of ensuring our team have all the skills required to work in different environments, we have several members of the crew fit tested - And no, it’s not getting hooked up to the treadmill and running like mad! Pro Safety and Training visited Sunst8 Group to complete the annual quantitative fit test in accordance with AS/NSZ 1715:2009 using 3M 9322A Respirators. Quantitative fit testing is done to ensure the mask or RPE being us...ed seals adequately to the users face, and to check the user can don the RPE correctly. This is an important safety measure we have in place for our team to ensure they aren’t exposed to harmful substances such as silica dust when drilling. As you can see the existing end protectors had absorbed A LOT of impact damage and were no longer providing protection to their racking.
