21.01.2022 Hello yogi friends I wanted to share with you all that we are delighted to be expecting another wee addition to our family, due early September I’ve decided to take a rest day today, and cancel my class this evening in Okato. 21.01.2022 After a much needed holiday Okato Yoga is back on tonight 6-7pm at Hempton Hall I managed to practice most days in Bali, so hopefully I have brought back some of that zen energy home with me
