25.01.2022 I haven’t been doing much yoga for a few months , just sun salutations and then yesterday i delved into some different holds that I intuitively new my body needed## I will post this full 16 min sequence on YouTube later if you would like to use :) for you own training

23.01.2022 Big class yesterday :) Although the morning was cold I appreciate al that came for an energising morning! I needed to rest my body today after a long day of training and conditioning yesterday and got lots of rest and even treated myself to a 1.5 he massage woo!

To be unperturbed by our surroundings and be centred and whole I say we because . 09.01.2022 Full send haha #Dandasana This one is good for handstand conditioning Feels good to be able to say that I can actually handstand now and can help other people , at least get to where I am (this took me my whole yoga journey plus fitness journey til now to get)... Now for me it will be press handstands (some of which I have kind of had but not had a long handstand hold) so yeh! More of these ;)

04.01.2022 Haha shit tattoos are like bad conditioning that we choose for our bodies which is why we need to exercise and undo things# like bad posture , or bad walking technique! Bad activations## We can correct them - I have worked on my posture for a while but not specifically ever and not ever worked properly on my@walking technique , which I reckon is going to be super amazing for my development as an athlete I aliken this process to this tattoo like the one on my right arm ...... I have options## removing it, probably not Making it look better and different? Possibly! With simply more attention and layering on the line work and giving more attention to shading it is possible to make this one pop out But I don’t think that this is even what I am after ## I think i will make it a different piece , altogether , as i am becoming a different person So let’s see what is possible with a bit of focus on specific goals :) any one who has knowledge on feet hmu in my personal messages
