25.01.2022 To all those who think a celebrant just turns up on the day and says a few words, this might be worth reading: https://allurelimousines.com.au/how-much-does-a-marriage-/

25.01.2022 Ten years a marriage celebrant. 131 weddings later... what an odd number! Ten years a marriage celebrant. 131 weddings later... what an odd number!

24.01.2022 Do all this, because the more preparation the easier it is on the day - but also remember that if it doesn't go to plan, the most important thing is celebrating the love and commitment between the two of you, all the rest is decoration. Enjoy your own wedding!

24.01.2022 We are one, but we are many, and from all the lands on earth we come. We share a dream and sing with one voice, I am, you are, we are Australian.

21.01.2022 So this is what happens when you allow gay marriage! :)

21.01.2022 21 years after the first edition (second published by Brumby/Hihorse) it's still in demand so have published a third. To be launched online this Wednesday and then will be available through website sunwyse.com.au In a couple of weeks will be available through online bookshops like Fishpond and Amazon.

17.01.2022 The walk towards the wedding

16.01.2022 This little tacker is 16 today, how wonderful to have seen how beautifully she has grown up, even if it's just occasionally. Was a very special naming ceremony, a favourite.

16.01.2022 Please don't include balloon releases in your ceremonies. It's not just the latex and plastic in balloons that causes problems, it's also what they're tied with that can get into the guts of aninals. There are many other alternatives, including butterflies or doves (though doves are not available in our locality) or planting a tree or tying a wish on one, or giving people a bulb to take home and plant. http://sustainability.umich.edu/news/balloon-release-impact

10.01.2022 Congratulations, Cassie & Ash, and may you have many more wonderful adventures.

08.01.2022 Today is the first day Australian LGBTI couples can marry. It's a wonderful day that thousands of everyday Australians have worked towards and millions have wan...ted for years. Our very best wishes to those couples marrying today and to all that are planning theirs ...and to the generations ahead that will never know the prejudice, once enshrined in the Marriage Act, now consigned to history.

06.01.2022 Congratulations, Belinda and Renee, and Ava as well! Wonderful wedding, so happy to be able to celebrate it with you.

05.01.2022 Be courageous and be brave.

05.01.2022 Loved these boho confetti cones, we put them in rusty buckets and they looked great, plenty of confetti to fill the cones and more leftover, confetti colourful tissue-paper so created clouds of colour, kids absolutely loved them. Australian company, very helpful, wanted them within a week and they were here well in time. https://www.ebay.com.au/i/Boho-confetti-cones/263388147062
