16.01.2022 It’s been a big day. So a bit of legs up the wall (Viparita Karani) , very restorative, before teaching my next class. I have a puppy on each side.

So many of us today - definitely those of us in Melbourne at the moment - and everywhere - are feeling frustration, anxiety, depression or at a minimum, discomfort in our uncertainty.
