25.01.2022 Hanging out with us in the holidays? We're so excited to see you at Supa, but in adherence with the current Government restrictions, things at Supaworld will operate differently for a little while! We want to assure our loyal Supa fans that these changes are only temporary, but for now, it's essential for us to operate this way in order to keep our customers and employees safe. ... Here's a recap: Sessions will run for one hour, with a 30-minute gap between sessions to allow us to adhere to capacity restrictions and complete park sanitisation. If you purchase a 2-hour session, you will be required to stay off all equipment and utilise the cafe and seating areas during the break until your next session commences. In adherence with Government regulations, all sessions will be capped to ensure a maximum of 100 customers within our facility at any given time - this includes those people who are supervising. Due to capacity restrictions, there is a limit of one supervisor per participant. A $5 supervisor fee will apply - this will include a small hot beverage or bottle of water. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to allow any additional guests into the facility. At this time, unfortunately, we are unable to take party bookings due to restrictions. 19.01.2022 UPDATE: CLOSING THURSDAY 9TH JULY In adherence with the Victorian Government's recent announcement regarding the reinstatement of Stage 3 restrictions across the Melbourne Metropolitan region, Supaworld Keysborough will temporarily close as of Thursday 9th July. The store will be open tomorrow and all bookings will go ahead as usual. All customers with bookings made after this period will receive a store credit with a 3-year expiry, which can be used to rebook in the futur...e. 10.01.2022 CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS Yes, it's true - we're now able to facilitate a maximum of 100 customers in the centre! Did you know Supaworld is a member of the Australian Trampoline Parks Association (ATPA) and all ATPA venues are classified as "Sports and Recreation Facilities"?... Supaworld and the ATPA has a COVID-19 Safety Plan in place that exceeds government safety standards and has been successfully implemented in TAS, WA, VIC, NSW and QLD. Did we forget to mention that the large size of our park currently allows for over 35 meters of social distancing when at full capacity, including staff?
