25.01.2022 Our Dry Age Pre-Orders Are Back! Still at $29.99kg. This month we have Diamantina Angus OP Ribs, Bass Strait Beef Reserve Grade T-bones in the dry age room, ready for you to order. Order for 30, 45 or 60 days online, we dry age in our own dry ageing room and all you need to do is head down to your local store when yours is ready and tell us how you would like them cut! ... Dry ageing lends an awesome, nutty, buttery flavour to our branded beef and increases its tenderness. After 30 days, it has reached optimal tenderness but if you want to keep pushing the boundaries of flavour you can go for up to 60 days (or let us know if you'd like even more).
