20.01.2022 Can now add bird rescuer to my pet sitting resume. This poor Cockie was hit by a car out the front of my place. With a neighbours help, we managed to move it from the middle of the road about to be squashed by a bus into a box until WIRES could collect. Looks like his wing or leg was broken. Hopefully Cockie survived.

14.01.2022 Looking for a pet sit from 4th December until 20th December, part thereof or longer. The area is limited to Ballina - Lismore and surrounds. My adult son is visiting from interstate so he would also be staying for part of this timeframe as well. I will be taking some time of work so will be available for lots of TLC for the pets (or garden) as needed. There is no fee involved for this exchange. Thanks in advance for sharing.

09.01.2022 Arrived in NE Victoria in January with 40 degree temperatures. My transition involved doing a pet sit at an airbnb I had previously stayed at. Complete with stunning gardens and surrounding views, and of course the pets......10 year old Cassie, who likes toast and tummy rubs - such a sweety and the chickens.

06.01.2022 Where there's a will there's a way. Cleo and my usual morning routine is coffee (me, not Cleo) and snuggles on the lounge. Obviously sometimes not enough. Attention seeking behaviour now includes computer time....makes study a bit tricky when he likes to walk on the keyboard and sit on the mouse.

05.01.2022 I'm due to arrive in the Albury area on 8th January. As I'm yet to line up work and housing I'm looking for a pet / house sit after this time as an interim measure. Half way there! Enjoying a stay in the gorgeous Northern Beaches of Sydney over the Christmas period.

05.01.2022 Farewell to my little housemate, Cleo. I know you're not suppose to have favourites.....but....after spending 6 months over the last year or so with beautiful boy Cleo, he was at the top of my list. I very much miss much about you....our morning greetings (I taught him to say 'hello', seriously he would say hello, so cute), he got use to sitting on my lap for snuggles whilst I had my morning coffee before work, and if I went straight to my computer, he would jump up on the desk demonstrating attention seeking behaviour (evidence via photo), so many lovely memories of my time with him. Cleo, like me in my younger days, Cleo was a sun worshipper and loved nothing more than sitting in the full sun, rolling in the grass and sand oblivious to the trails of dirt and sand he would bring indoors. Loved very much my mum, dad and sisters x

02.01.2022 A bit about me: Presently, I'm based on the Far North Coast of NSW so am not travelling too far and wide as my work is based here.
