23.01.2022 Dear Melbourne, In this unpredictable and unprecedented time of hardship, it is business as usual at Superb Catering and Victorian Golden Roast. Whilst we all face these challenges, changes and tough times together as a city, as a country and as humanity - we are as dedicated as ever do doing what we love, providing excellent food and excellent service.... We are taking all precautions and measures to ensure that our council approved premises, staff, food and customers are in the best of hands. Our food-safety program has been reviewed and all practices have been tightened to ensure safe, quality food. We are focused on being proactive for the continuity of supply to our valued customers and employment for our staff. In light of the newly imposed restrictions of non essential public gatherings we will be adapting to these changes by not only continuing to provide the catering you all know and love, where allowed and needed by our customers, but adding a range of budget friendly, pre prepared, ready to reheat and eat meal packs and fresh food platters. We are hoping that these measures will allow us to retain our staff, survive as a small business and ease some of the stress our customers are feeling. Details will follow shortly. With so many challenges that we have never before faced in our lifetime it can be hard to think ahead and think of a time when we will be able to be together again to celebrate all of life moments. So many of you have postponed plans for parties, get togethers, weddings the list goes on!... When we are able to return to being together once again Superb Catering will be there for you and with our brand new menus its hard not to get excited about starting to plan that event that you couldn't hold this year! We have worked hard to keep our doors open so that when we can, we will be here to take all the hard work our of your event!
