21.01.2022 Singapore Chilli Sauce Another addition to our sauce line is here, Super Bowl Family ! Today we added Singapore chilli sauce to our range and this time it’s coming hot !! Ingredients - Serves 2-3 people 3 Tablespoon Super Bowl Singapore Chilli Sauce... 500g Chicken OR Prawns 1/2 Capsicum (Your choice in colour - red, green, yellow or mixed) 1/2 Onion 2 Spring Onions 1. Cut capsicum and onion into julienne pieces. 2. Wash dirt off spring onions and cut them into 5cm julienne pieces. 3. Heat saucepan or wok with oil. Once hot add chicken or prawn until cook until well done. Remove chicken or prawn and put to side after it’s cooked throw away any excess water it releases. 4. Reheat pan or wok with oil and cook capsicum, onion and spring onions to your satisfaction. After cooked remove vegetables and put to side. 5. Add 3 tablespoon of Singapore Chilli Sauce and wait to boil. If you see the sauce is too thick you can add water to the consistency of your satisfaction. 6. Add cooked chicken or prawn and cooked vegetables and stir or sauté thoroughly. 7. Serve and plate - Optional to add a piece of coriander on top for garnish.
