25.01.2022 I know the weather has not been what its supposed to be. Everybody has lost motivation and we all getting sick more than usual. The days are slowly warming and before you know it summer will be here. We have cheap gym memberships and great Personal Training Packages. We follow one rule and that is no excuses.
