25.01.2022 We have privilege and opportunity, for which we are very grateful. We like to pay it forward where we can.

25.01.2022 We would like to be able to claim to be infallible - but we're human Superheroes, so very VERY occassionally, accidents happen. Less frequently than you would expect, sometimes we scratch or break something. Who is responsible for that? Why WE are! When something goes wrong, we do our part in making it right, and we feel awful about the inconvenience and loss. If something needs fixing or replacing because of us, we pay. We're fully insured, so our lovely clients are never out of pocket. That's just how we roll.

24.01.2022 Spill something on the carpet? Freaking out about the inevitable stain? Just pour water over it, let it sit for 10 minutes, place a folded towel over top, and walk all over it until the fluid has drawn up into the towel. You might have to repeat, but you will be amazed at the results.

Unfortunately this meant she was responsible for flooding damage to her new home - and other neighbouring property. We were on the scene and sucking up that damaging water quick smart. 17.01.2022 The Corona Virus is causing a lot of trouble and distress, as we all work together to try and slow the spread. Social distancing and isolation is something that is going to fast become our new normal in the short-term, and this is going to affect us all. One practical thing that you can do is regularly disinfect your surfaces. We would like to announce a new service, which is closely associated with the work that we do when forensically cleaning. Our specialist hospital gra...de disinfectant service will ensure that your surfaces are as clean as possible, including door handles, toilets and surrounds, kitchen food preparation areas and dining areas - more by request. We will come to your home (we ask that you are not inside at the time that we are doing this work), and wipe down all surfaces with the most powerful and well-researched disinfectant solution on the market. We hope that this is not a service that is required for more than a few months, but we are committed to ensuring that our clients have the safest and cleanest home environments possible. 10.01.2022 Cleaning those heavy roasting pans with baked on food can be really hard - particularly if you're not doing it straight away. Just squirt some dishwashing liquid in them and fill with hot water. Even if you let them soak for just an hour - when you have the time to clean them, it's a LOT easier.

08.01.2022 On average it takes us about 8 - 14 hours to clean a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home to expected standards for a Vacate Clean. Of course, this includes the oven, steam cleaning carpets, windows, dismantling dishwashers and cleaning filters etc etc etc. There's a big list of tasks! And we have all of the commercial equipment, products and expertise to do it quickly and efficiently! We'd estimate another 2 - 6 hours if you were to do it yourself. That's a whole bunch to think about when you're in the middle of arranging electricity, phone, gas, moving vans etc! We certifiy our work, and we have never had a bond withheld. 02.01.2022 Do you have annoying dents in your carpet after you have moved furniture? Try putting a few ice cubes into the dents and letting them melt. It is absorbed into the carpet and makes the pile fluff back up. Give it a rub when it is dry, and repeat as necessary. Voila!
