24.01.2022 ATTENTION ALL MYZONE BELT OWNERS! COVID-19 CHALLENGE It's an extremely difficult time to stay motivated to train so we want to help keep everyone on track with some friendly competition. The Golds Gym Covid-19 challenge starts this Mondays 27th April & we want you to be involved (free of charge). ... WHO CAN ENTER If you own a MyZone belt, you are automatically invited to join in. If you don't already own a belt, we have plenty available at a discounted price of $120 (normally $199). If you would like to purchase one of these, get in touch to arrange collection. This is for all locations including Port Kennedy, Mandurah, Rockingham & Fremantle. GET INVOLVED If you own a belt you should have received an email & MyZone app notification, requesting acceptance into the challenge. If you did not receive this & would like to take part, please check your email address security settings to make sure they are not hidden & get in touch to be added. If you purchase a belt at any time between now & the gyms reopening & would like to join in the challenge, just let us know & we will add you. DURARATION The challenge will start each Monday and finish lunchtime the following Sunday, when we announce our weekly winner. This will continue until our gyms reopen. We will have both a weekly winner every Sunday as well as an overall winner once doors open at our gyms. You can join in the challenge at any time and your score will commence the first Monday after you start. WINNERS Weekly winners and the overall winner will be decided purely on MyZone MEPs (points earnt while exercising). Points can be accumulated whilst training in the blue, green, yellow and red zones. Points want count if you forget to wear your belt PRIZES All prizes will remain a surprise and will change each week. The weekly prize will be announced along with the winner each Sunday to keep things interesting. Hopefully we are all back training together soon but until then let's do what we can to stay fit & healthy. Enjoy your weekend because come Monday... game on

You no longer need to book in for classes from Sat 6th June PORT KENNEDY IS CLOSED SAT 6TH - TUES 10TH to finish renovations. Feel free to head to Mandurah or Fremantle during this time From Saturday 6th - Tues 10th, classes will be $5 (paid to reception) as memberships would have not started yet Memberships re-start on Wed 10th June meaning your classes will now be included in your memberships See more

19.01.2022 TUESDAY CLASS BOOKINGS NOW AVAILABLE Were excited to open bookings for our classes for TUESDAY 19TH MAY! Bookings can be made over the phone only, we are unable to take bookings over email or Facebook messenger sorry. Our online booking system is getting the finishing touches and will be live tomorrow to make bookings for Wednesday onwards. ... For today you will need to follow some important steps to book in for classes and crèche on TUESDAY 19TH ONLY 1. Call 0449 219 412 to book your class and creche. This line is open UNTIL 8PM TONIGHT 2. We will book your class and any creche if required. Group Fitness classes are $10 each and creche is $3 per child. Payment will be processed over the phone using eftpos, please have your debit or credit card ready when you call to book. 3. If you need to cancel you must do so by calling the above number BEFORE 8PM TONIGHT. You will be credited the amount you have paid for and this can be used for a future class. No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows. 4. Please follow our marked walkways when you enter the gym and make sure you abide by our social distancing procedures in place. If you are feeling unwell at all, please do not come into the gym. Remember to bring your own towel and water bottle and to sanitize as you enter the facility. Tomorrow we will be launching our brand new online booking system and you will be using this to book all classes from Wednesday onwards. 17.01.2022 CLASS BOOKING SYSTEM NOW LIVE Our online booking system is now live! All Group Fitness, Lionmode Performance Centre and Creche will now be booked and paid for online. All Direct Debit members will soon receive an email with a link to allow you access to your booking portal! The instructions are posted in the comments section of this post if youd like to get started now. ... Upfront Members and casuals, please follow the relevant instructions in the comments section of this post. What you need to know (the important stuff!): Cost: Group Fitness - $7 per class, Creche - $3 per child, Lionmode- $10 per class Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance Bookings close 4 hours prior to the class commencing Cancellations: You must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel to receive a full credit (done through your online booking). If less than 24 hours is provided, you will forfeit the class No refunds available, a credit system is in place Creche: Please check availability in creche BEFORE booking into your class Memberships will not restart until we are permitted to re-open the gym by WA State Government What we need from you: Follow social distancing and hygiene procedures at all times while in the gym Always remember a towel (we have a strict No towel, No train! policy Bring your own water bottle as water fountains are unavailable No showers available Please do not hang around before or after your class, we miss everyone too but need to ensure we don't exceed capacity limits Thank-you for your patience and support! 12.01.2022 Unfortunately due to a delay in deliveries, we are unable to open our Port Kennedy location until this Friday! We are pushing back membership's re-starting to match when Port Kennedy will be open. This means memberships will now not re-start until Friday 12/06 (initially they were re-starting on Wednesday 10/06) $5 casual classes will continue at our other locations with the full timetable (Mandurah and Fremantle)... Thank-you to everyone for your support and we have loved seeing you all back in the gyms

02.01.2022 It's official!! Gold's Gym WA is teaming up with Lionmode Performance Centre. SuperBox Port Kennedy, SuperBox Mandurah and SuperHiit Fremantle will reopen as Lionmode and we are already working on more locations to expand to nationwide. Our new Lionmode Performance Centres will feature classes plus extensive programming including six different tracks (class wod, Olympic weight lifting/barbell club, additional conditioning, gymnastic specific, functional bodybuilding, and stre...ngth), brand new equipment, an elite team of coaches, 24 hour access and much more, all at industry leading prices.
