16.01.2022 Starting off the new year with some great jobs! This one is a renovation to the SGS building in Muswellbrook. Carpenters have been through knocking down walls, framing and commenced sheeting, gyprockers commencing early next week, coming together just nicely!!

11.01.2022 This paneled door was a custom build and was supplied by Jason at Axis Custom Doors and Panels With no space for a cavity sliding door, we chose to install this and it fit the space perfectly. Clients are extremely happy as am i with this custom improvement.

03.01.2022 The Homebuilder grant isnt to create a boom, it isnt going to have massive growth effects. It is going to help plug the 3 to 4 month hole that will exist in most building companies pipeline. The majority of building work in NSW isnt completed by a large project home company and therefore it is completed by a small to mid size family business who will need this leg up. Yes builders are busy at the moment but that is because they already had work prior to the coronavirus i...mpact, however the enquiry that was meant to come in over the last 3 months hasnt been there so they will be without work or little work come September, October, November. If you waited you would have had a big issue come these months. People dont just wake up one day and say Im going to do a renovation and a builder starts. No, it quite often takes 3 to 6 months to get started. This is why the HomeBuilder grant will help. Prevention is better than cure. Nice work Government. 03.01.2022 What are your thoughts about this external cladding product? Its an interlocking panel profile. Our lovely clients at Branxton have chosen this to clad part of their new house... Gee I cant wait for the install, this is going to look something special!

02.01.2022 Well we have a few good weeks at the Rodwell residence at Branxton. Internal lining has commenced. All sheeted and set! Shadow line (p50) has commenced around all windows and doors.... Ive said it before, but its so refreshing constructing houses like this one. All the team and contractors are enthusiastic, as it is not the normal build!

02.01.2022 We have been working on the centre pod of the external cladding over the past 2 weeks. Very detailed and clean lines. Very fortunate to have an incredible team with this build as they all are just perfectionists, along with our awesome clients!

02.01.2022 The external cladding was commenced this week which is a colorbond interlocking panel. When installed, it looks real sharp! Two outside pods will be installed with this product and the centre pod with a different product, which will commence next week.
