24.01.2022 As children act out roles, they develop many skills. They play co-operatively; negotiate turns, exchange ideas and work together to solve problems. Educators Mikayla and Lisa have set up an amazing kitchen area for the toddlers in our Starfish room to enjoy. The children’s learning will be extended by offering some real cooking experiences in the near future.

11.01.2022 We’re Going on a Bear Hunt ! The children in the Nursery enjoyed hearing one of their favourite stories again today with educator Courtney. The children have loved having the story told over and over as they investigate various sensory activities provided by their educators. From the long wavy grass, through the deep cold river and the thick oozy mud - what an adventure the children have had !

We have recently taken part in the Bin Trim Program - a government initiative that assesses the waste management practices of your centre and provides feedback on ways to improve. Lead by Steph, our staff and families have been enthusiastic in contributing to the program in many ways ! Well done to all - let’s keep up the excellent work !



02.01.2022 The children in the preschool room loved sharing a story about families of all shapes and sizes ! This story generated enthusiastic discussion about what each of our families look like - it was fabulous to here the children sharing stories about the people they love most .
