If your service is still offline, please try power cycling your router *** Edit 8:50PM ACDT... We are aware of a wider issue that is affecting NBN customer connections also to be offline. The issue is under investigation and we will keep you updated on the progress. Original Post: 7:45 ACDT We are currently experiencing a very high volume of calls due to storm weather in South Australia impacting services on the Superloop Fixed Wireless Network. We are working to resolve these issues ASAP. At this stage, only a router reboot may be required to bring your service online once the outage is cleared. Please ensure you do not factory reset your hardware, as this is not required. If you have requested a call back, regrettably at this stage we may not be able to get back to you in time.
