I had deadlines to make which I tested my own boundaries, Physical changes to my ever growing body due to growing another human and just trying to stay cool & hydrated in this humid aussie weather. ... I've wanted to quit and just stick to my normal comfort zones. Just chuck in the towel and do nothing. But I didn't. I completed my work for the week. I literally ripped myself away from netflix, chucked my hair in a bun, some gangsta music and got it done!! Now I am currently soaked in my epsom salt, essential oil infused bath . Pampering myself with a facial mask enjoying some soothing music washing away my week and negative emotions. How do you reward yourself after a hard week work?
