25.01.2022 Like everyone else, we’re trying to adapt as quickly as possible to life at home. Not sure about you, but our kids are missing their routine and interaction with their friends. We’re trying to minimise the disruption by giving them access to as much as possible at home that would form part of their normal routine. This morning that involved kicking the ball at the football ground in our street. The fresh air was amazing! For our Term 2 bookings - we’re working to make sure we can deliver a session to everyone at home. Stay tuned - it’s going to be awesome!

22.01.2022 HAPPY! What have you done today that makes you happy? Was it a walk on the beach, a hot shower, not needing to cook dinner? We’ve started a gratitude list with our kids which we write before bed each day. Most days, I list ‘coffee’ within my 5 things I’m grateful for. The kids think this is HILARIOUS (they don’t understand....) but most days I’m genuinely grateful for my morning coffee. It makes me happy. 20.01.2022 We’ve been a bit quiet on the socials lately. Let’s be honest - there’s been a fair bit going on! Those of us in Australia are coming out of what has been a really challenging period. Home life has been chaotic to say the least and for many of us, business woes and job losses have added to the stress. But, We’re all in this together. Last week the #blacklivesmatter movement has hit close to home. Why, in 2020, are we even having this discussion? Obviously black lives mat...ter. Obviously all lives matter. Why are we needing to define one race of people over another. Look at the colour of this post. Do you actually know anybody who has black skin? Lots of people have brown skin, lots of people have white skin and lots of people have pink skin. They’re all beautiful, they’re all equal and they all have something to say. The only way we’re going to move past this together is if we’ve got each other’s backs. If you see something that’s wrong, say something. If you hear something that’s wrong, stand up.
