In my training career I have been ranked as the best female power lifter over a 25 year period. I won the NABBA Miss Universe Title in the UK and gained many Australian and world records over that time. The knowledge obtained from my teachers and the experience gained from nearly 30 years training and competition experience, has given me a wealth of information to draw from when coaching others. I apply this information when preparing athletes for competition in both bodybuilding or powerlifting to enable them reach their full potential. I was honoured to help Melissa in her preparation for her victory in winning the ANB Victorian bodybuilding titles.
