25.01.2022 Great article on essential kit for newbie paddleboarders. I have to say I'd add a dry bag and a cargo net to the list. As it's a bit colder now I find I start out with a jacket on but get hot while I'm paddling. A dry bag and cargo net means I can stow my jacket rather than have to wear it around my waist http://supconnect.com//8-essential-pieces-of-gear-for-the-

24.01.2022 Had a good day on Stockon Beach last sunday with our SUPS. Waves were a little messy but still fun. I think it will be a regular spot for us this summer. If anybody wants to join us drop us a note. Here is a blog on SUPing at Stockton.

23.01.2022 Despite it being winter when the wind drops it is still great to be out on the water of an afternoon after work. The days are getting longer and the last two af...ternoons have been near perfect. You shouldn't put your board away just because its a bit cooler get out with us amongst it. We have been trying out these new vests with neoprene(1.5mm) with lycra arms that have been especially designed for paddling and they are just perfect for this time of year. Today we were fortunate enough to share the afternoon with Shaolin Charters. This boat looks amazing in the water , I welcome it to Port Stephens and I hope to get on a cruise one day over summer. 21.01.2022 For those of you who think SUP-ing is a summer sport take a look at these guys out in Norway SUP-ing with whales. I have had many encounters with dolphins but yet to experience anything like this. I have seen whales inside the heads at Shoal Bay but not for a few years now. 16.01.2022 Stunning afternoon for a paddle today! Rod and I grabbed a beer for a chilled out paddle from Little Beach. I'd stuck my iPhone in my dry bag - but who could resist taking photos of a sunset like this!

11.01.2022 www.supman.com.au Blogpost Wow! What an awesome weekend!!!! SUPman and I headed out to Shoal Bay for the Shoal Bay Resort and Spa NSW SUPfest this past weekend. The weather on Saturday was fabulous with big crowds to watch the action. It turned cooler on Sunday but we still had large crowds and great events. It was awesome to watch such skilled SUP athletes over the four days. SUPman grabbed a few friends and entered the relay event for a bit of fun. Not quite the profession...als as the other teams Team SUPman still did well and avoided the wooden spoon. Special shout out to Charles, Ema and Tom who along with Rod formed Team SUPman. We had the stall set up on the weekend met some wonderful people. Heaps of people will be heading our onto the water with Bluetooth speakers and floating sunnies!! When it was all over we hit the water ourselves for some relaxed paddling listening to Jack Johnson on the Bluetooth and sipping a coldie from the SUPbuddy as we SUPed out past the gun emplacements on Tomaree Head. Congratulations to all the competitors and organisers on a wonderful weekend of competition SUPing. Next stop, Northern Rivers SUP fest in June. Catch you on the water SUPgirl xx

06.01.2022 Fingal Bay was great for a surf SUP this morning. The water was a lot warmer than I expected. I loved my 1mm neoprene paddling top it was just enough to keep me warm but with the lycra arms didn't restrict my paddling.

05.01.2022 What a fabulous day the SBRS SUP fest was today!! Great to meet so many people and share the love of SUP! (I even got to have a paddle when Rod left his board unattended lol!!). To everyone who came to see us today, thanks so much!! We hope you'll love your SUP gear as much as we do. We will be back tomorrow morning from 8:30 if you want to drop past and say Hi. 05.01.2022 Just a few pics before tonight's night SUP paddle before we left the beach. It was darker that previous nights as the moon hasn't yet risen. Plenty of fish could be seen with the 60W LED's. Looking forward to summer when its not so cold. Looking forward to the supply of lights arriving and taking everyone out on this amazing experience.

02.01.2022 SUP Sale for our Shoal Bay SUP and SUPMan supporters. Get in quick at this price they wont last.

02.01.2022 Another perfect stocking filler for the Stand-Up-Paddleboarder. . You know you are going to be on the beach with your SUP this summer. Take your drink with you on your board without spilling. The SUP Buddy held on with velcro and three suction cups is an ingenious way to hold your drink to your board and it keeps it cold too.
