We completed Stage 1 today for operations to commence . A lot more to do. As has always been the case we are asked to perform a large variety of tasks in the Builders Clean Space. 14.01.2022 We at Property Maintenance Services Newcastle have just recently completed an End of Lease Make Good Project on three warehouses at Thornton formally used as an Industrial Galvanizing Plant. As part of the job we replaced two workshop Kitchen Benches. We would like to show our appreciation to Mark , Suzana and their trades staff for the great service in fabricating the joinery which our people assembled on site.We had very limited time to complete the job as the past tennants at Thornton were pushing to recover their large bond. We gave Mark some sketches the benches were made and collected in two days and we successfully completed the install on Day 3. The job went like clockwork and our gratitude goes to Safetybuild for their support and great service

12.01.2022 [ GWH Job Completed ] This week we carried out a final settlement clean ( settling Today) of 15 Grainger St Lambton, for GWH. 15 Grainger is a commercial building being purchased by a medical practice and GWH will be doing the fit out over the coming month or so. The site is part of an over all development on the old Snake Gully Hotel Site also known as Bar 121 a great pub for weekly Musician Jam Nights. The overall development also included 121 Elder Residential Apartments. 09.01.2022 [ Catch Up Visit ] Caught up with Dean Rogers PLUIM Group with a Post Service Inspection. We just recently completed the builders clean on 3 Blocks at the New Lambton Public School one of a number of School Jobs done in 2019/2020. New Lambton PS is over 120 years old with a great History. Very happy with the result a Good Build by Pluim and happy experience to work with a new client and their management team of Dean , Shannon and Tony Preston ( Project Manager)

05.01.2022 [Started on COLES Mayfield East ] Yesterday Property Maintenance Services Newcastle and Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Builders Cleans started the builders clean for Qld Based HUTCHINSON Builders on the Coles $15 million ‘Mayfield East Village’.This project that has been in the pipeline for more than six years and will be ready for the fitout by Coles next week Representing a multi-million dollar investment by Coles, the precinct will include a market-style Coles supermarket..., Liquorland and 11 specialty retailers. The two-storey complex is located on Maitland Road between Havelock and Church streets, with 227 parking spaces being provided. The complex would pump an additional $29.6million into the town’s economy. ‘‘[The complex] could have flow-on effects to other retailers and businesses in Mayfield who are positioned to take advantage of the injection of retail sales, higher customer traffic and employment growth,’’ It is estimated the complex will create 130 full-time jobs.
