Hes set out on a mission to reconnect communities with the reality of what pollinators do for our food system, our health and our overall well-being. Jack is an urban beekeeper who uses rooftop space around Brisbane and South East Queensland to house beehives. Jack builds the hives, processes the honey and packages it out of a warehouse in Brisbane.... Theyve crafted a jerky packed with flavour which provides a healthy snack alternative. The Tomahawk difference comes from using high quality, locally sourced Australian beef.
