22.01.2022 The intimidating stare of the two ladies hanging above the bar is always intriguing to diners. The painting used to hang at the first restaurant Chef Michael worked at Le Florentine in Lyon, France. Don’t fear, they definitely approve of Friday night drinks and dinner

22.01.2022 Maybe you’ve never heard of Soju the Korean spirit so popular there. The Seoul Sunrise cocktail is on the menu at Suq thankyou to Emily our Restaurant Manager! So very good with some of our spicier dishes or perfectly refreshing for a day like this

19.01.2022 Our Tajima Wagyu beef carpaccio is a must have on the menu. It is a true delight and melts in your mouth like silky butter. We source all our meats from @andrewsmeatindustries awarded for their Australian Wagyu breed. Tajima is the most famous of all the Wagyu Bloodlines originating from the Hyogo prefecture in Japan. Wagyu is described as the highest quality beef in the world, and is renowned for its distinctive marbling and flavour. Wagyu Beef also contains higher percentage of Omega3 and Omega6, and its increased marbling enhances the ratio of healthier mono-saturated fats compared to regular beef. Raised across Southern NSW, these Wagyu cattle are fed a specially formulated Japanese diet for a minimum of 350+ days.Source: @andrewsmeatindustries

16.01.2022 It’s always sweet seeing Mum’s with their sons having a nice dinner out. We are always meeting the loveliest people here at Suq it’s the best part of running a restaurant (besides them enjoying their food)

13.01.2022 We use Taleggio DOP cheese from Caseificio Giovanni Invernizzi, Bergamo Italy in our arancini and all genuine Italian ingredients to make them as authentic as it can get
