14.01.2022 Hello everyone! This is a Hobbie that I am please to share with you all. I am not a industrial batch baker but to go to the efforts of making a sourdough it makes me happy to make extra few and share the love. Tomorrow’s batch are all Sold out, but I will be making another one on Wednesday ready for Thursday. Delivery is around 1 or 2pm and no further than 5km from murbah CBD. Just something from my heart to all the natural fermentation bread lovers.... They are the traditional stone ground rye made from scratch Levain. $8 each

06.01.2022 Sourdough bread is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast. Sourdough bread has a more sour taste and better inherent keeping qualities than breads made with baker's yeast, due to the lactic acid produced by the lactobacilli. More bread getting baked tomorrow the whole bread making process have started again today, this is the beginning of it, extending my ‘levain’ this process takes 6 hours, this is what enhances the natural yeast. ... 6 up for grabs Order yours today before they all go.
