18.01.2022 To All Our Loyal and Valued Customers, We are aware the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing understandable concern among our community, pandemic outbreak h...as severely impacted us and almost all businesses across Australia. As such, we believe it is important we do our bit to minimise risk to staffs and general public. As safety is our top priority, following our strict hygiene practices and standards here are additional steps we are taking at this time: On a usual day, we clean our kitchens, wipe all our food contact surfaces, clear our bins, and sanitise the place. Now, we multiple the frequency. All food handlers to thorough and frequent handwashing than usual. Good hygiene and sanitation to avoid cross contamination between raw or undercooked foods and cooked or ready to eat foods in the kitchen. Sanitising Regular sanitising throughout service of commonly handled objects, like door handles, EFTPOS terminal benches and surfaces. Employee knowledge refreshing staff knowledge of proper hand-washing technique and requiring more frequent hand-washing. Employee health Actively monitoring staff health and requiring staff to stay home if sick. Coronavirus outbreak has caused our ingredients from oversea become harder and trigger sharp rise in pricing, despite increase of our costs we will not increase our pricing, we continue to support our community and will be working together to get through this hard time. It is such a blessing to see our customers not o...nly giving encouragement but also support in action. Government has agreed to provide free short-term licence to restaurant to allow for the sale of takeaway liquor. Suree’s Thai Kitchen has been granted for the short-term license, so, apart from your favourite take away Thai Food, you can now purchase take away liquor while picking up the food in the restaurant at discounted price. We would like to reassure you that we would keep maintaining high hygiene practices and standards, to minimise the risks to staff and general public.
