22.01.2022 We recently undertook an inspection on a renovation that was only completed in December last year. Our investigation of the subfloor space showed high moisture readings in the timber and brickwork and early signs of mould and mildew. The subfloor ventilation was found to be noncompliant with the Building code. Our report allows the client to enter into remediation discussions with facts and confidence.
