25.01.2022 Its such a catch 22. Get the opportunity for granting funding for renovations but house prices rise because of increased interest - the benefit reduces and more buyers are seeking property so more competitive. Such a vicious circle sometimes. Im still of the vain you should only buy when its right for you not when someone else dangles carrots.

01.01.2022 This is a good story and very true. The south coast is very aware about the rebuilding costs after the fires on New Years Eve. With new fire rating in some areas and the need to scale up building materials because of the new ratings - the insurance monies will no longer cover the costs of rebuilding.
