07.01.2022 ROOF REPAIR In Victor Harbor. No wonder they don't make these Roof tiles anymore. Unfortunately for this Roof over the years the original Sisalation (sarking) has to many holes in it from birds, possums, Electricians, etc. In this case when ever there was wind driven rain from a certain direction, the Roof tiles would leak through the pierced nail hole where the tiles were nailed to the batten. Perfect storm, flat pitched Roof, nail hole on the low role of the Rooftiles and... holes in the sarking Only have 2 options, New Roof and change tile profile or strip the tiles and Re-batten and sark the Roof . 03.01.2022 A Big Re-Roof at Victor Harbor. Unfortunately the Terracotta tiles had been eaten away by Salt from the sea. A Concrete Rooftile going back on.

02.01.2022 It's amazing what you come across on a Roof somedays ! An extension been completed years ago and they used the wrong Rooftile Profile! So we stripped the roof and swapped the tiles over, did a full Re-Ridge and installed a new whirley bird!,
