24.01.2022 Tired old Holden VE red paint looking pink from oxidisation. Years of being neglected and abused cleaned up the safest possible way. It’s not perfect but it is perfect compared to the way it came in. 21.01.2022 A few before and after of Elvis the Powercruise HQ. We all know gups loves taking passengers for rides and years worth of dirt/ grime had built up all over the car. We were given the task to get it cleaned up top to toe into better than ever condition. Our attention to detail and OCD was through the roof through this whole job knowing it would be on display at Powercruise a few days after we finished. The interior had 7 hours spent on it carefully cleaning the interior re...turning it back to as close to new as possible. No trim was left untouched, even the toothbrush was upped out for this finer areas. The exterior was covered in contamination from rubber all down the sides, race fuels/ fallout in the paint and an engine bay that has had dirty mechanic hands working hard in it to get Elvis running in perfect condition. Close to 30 hours was spent on paint correction and chasing those fine details on the paint work and engine bay where even the plazmaman clamps thoroughly clean and polished. The end result speaks for itself and we were proud of what we had done. 19.01.2022 Massive thanks to @therealgaryharvey and the team @stihlshopjimboomba for the awesome deal they did me@on the re130 plus Stihl pressure washer as the trusty old gerni was on its last legs after two years of punishment. Wish I did the upgrade earlier as it now uses even less chemicals through the foamee and a much nicer pressure when it clones to washing the car. Sporting original paint around the car it was a task to correct the paint work and enhance the gloss. This John Deer tractor from 1936 is full of history and still in an amazing condition as it was restored some years ago then stored in the shed until today where it is now coated and protected for years to come with fireball butterfly ceramic coating. 04.01.2022 1957 chev came in for paint decontamination and paint correction. The paint is only a few months old but had been marked up pretty bad from the car being assembled. Multiple passes with zvizzer 4000 compound with a red pad on the rotary to do the cutting on those heavy scratches and refine the marks in the paint before being finished down with zvizzer 2000 on a yellow pad to do the final gloss enhancement and swirl reduction. Once we were happy with the finish fireball Dev...ils Blood was used to seal the paint for protection leaving us with an amazing finish in the car.
