07.01.2022 Pork belly with a twist. Marinaded the pork with onion, garlic, chilli and red wine. Roasted on a bed of pears!!?!! Yes, why not! Although the timer shows an hour and a half it was actually in the oven closer to 2 hrs (shopping with the girls ) Once cooled I cut the belly into thick fingers and seared on a hot pan for extra crispy...
