25.01.2022 The PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Stretching Tutorial has now been sent out to all those who have signed up for next terms Remote Learning. PLEASE WATCH THE ENTIRE TUTORIAL PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING THE STRETCHES. If you are a parent helping a young child (or multiple children) I advise you to watch it yourself (WITHOUT THE CHILD if possible) and then carry out the session with the student. This way you will not miss anything and the child will not loose concentr...ation or motivation during the stretch session. The stretches themselves (there are only 3 of them) are performed quite quickly, however the video is quite lengthy (30mins) due to the important instructional and safety instructions I have included. PNF is one of the most effective flexibility methods but one can easily be injured if it is not performed properly. A suggested weekly training plan is suggested at the end. Good Luck.
