24.01.2022 Underpinning project started last week in Werribee, 33 Underpins at 2.5m deep! 22.01.2022 Re-stumping project finished today in Buninyong, half a house re-stumped in preparation for future renovations for the clients. Its always important to get your foundations fixed before starting any renovation work. This house was lifted 35mm in the worst spot so you could imagine what that would have done to future renovations if we didnt level that out.

22.01.2022 Another project completed, this time a Restumping job in East Geelong, one side of the house had fallen 120mm! Got the levels back and it no longer feels like your walking down a hill.

21.01.2022 New Underpinning project started this week in Meredith. 10 Underpins at 2.3m deep, The house has subsided due to a leaking hot water unit which had been spilling water under the footings for years. 19.01.2022 Re-stumping project finished today in Moonee Ponds, we lifted the extension 200mm! This was to match the new floor levels which will be going in for the big renovations of this house, all the old timber stumps were replaced and new concrete ones in

17.01.2022 All finished up in Grovedale, 31 Underpins, 80 cubic metres of dirt taken out by hand, 44 cubic metres of concrete in. External walls re-leveled, a Jack and Pack to the Sub Floor to fix some doors and squeeks. But most of all a very happy client! On to the next one!

13.01.2022 Underpinning project completed today in Ballarat Central on a house built in the 1800s, we jacked away and got 20mm lift but unfortunately with the age of the footings and the fact it has no reinforcement in them meant we could not get that extra bit more, as you can see from the pictures it crumbled under the pressure of the jacks and with the client we both agreed we could not take it any further and stabilising was number 1 priority.

11.01.2022 Small Jack and Pack (Re-leveling) job completed today in East Geelong, the house had dropped 70mm in one corner and with the client wanting to construct a new deck it had to be leveled out otherwise the new deck would have to be built with a 70mm fall to match the house, so we leveled it back to 0mm

03.01.2022 Jack and Pack (Re-leveling) project finished today in Jan Juc, there was a 50mm difference between both sides of the house before I started, managed to get that down to within 14mm big difference when walking around the house now and also they can now open and close their front door again!

01.01.2022 Small Jack and Pack (Re-leveling) job completed today in Apollo Bay, this holiday home had fallen 40mm at the front of the house due to new sewer works being put in over 12 months ago. This meant most of the doors and windows were not opening or closing meaning some unhappy guests staying here. We jacked it back to level and removed the cement sheeting which had previously been used for packing and replaced them using JDV Australian Standard Packers. End result all doors and windows are now functioning properly job well done.
