09.01.2022 One of my favourite drills with a med ball. I learned this drill as others from The Fighting Monkeys from Czechoslovakia, a course I took part years ago in Brisbane. The only difference is they use a beautiful hand man wood ball up to 15/20 kgs at times for the big strong guys.
