18.01.2022 Tuesdays tip! Not sure how to squat comfortably? Try this little technique. Stand approx one foots length away from a wall and try to tap your bottom to the wall. This will result in an effective and comfortable squat position. To make your squat deeper just move further away from the wall. 11.01.2022 Here are a few basic moves that you can do to get some sweat running and strength improving. I'm using 2x4kg dumbbells today. Start with standing knee tuck and jogging for warm up - aim for a few minutes to get you heart pumping. I've just returned from a surf and a walk so felt limber enough with a short warm up. a) squat b) lunge c) RDL... d) ab twists e) plank weight transfers f) bent over row 10x 3-4 of each with little rest in between and I'm sure you will feel It :)) #surfstronger #surffitness #fullbodyworkout #surfergirl #surfphysio #physiotherapy #mumswhosurf
