25.01.2022 The Boolarra Community Development Group, in partnership with the Boolarra Community Hotel are very proud and privileged to be hosting one of only two Victorian performances of Tom Curtains Speak Up Tour on Saturday 16th February at 6 p.m. within the hotels grounds at 2760 Monash Way, Boolarra. Tom Curtain, winner of two Golden Guitar awards and the 2018 Southern Stars Independent Country Music Awards in multiple categories (Best Artist, Male Vocalist, Album and Single of t...he Year) was deeply touched by the tragic passing of Amy Dolly Everett, a Northern Territory teenager who took her life in January 2018 as a consequence of bullying. Tom is bringing his Katherine Outback Experience, (working dogs & horses and music show) to Boolarra, Gippsland, to raise awareness about bullying with a strong focus on giving children and young people courage and strategies to overcome bullying and to Speak Up. The show includes a live music performance including a specially written song inspired by Dolly. Following the Speak Up Tour event, Truckn with Tim will continue the entertainment into the evening. Latrobe Valley Truck Works are proud to be sponsors for this event, Come along and enjoy a great night out.

13.01.2022 We have the most amazing technology a diesel workshop can have. With these tests on a recent service we found serious brake issues which may have saved a life in a emergency situation. This truck has only done over 70000km. Proves even a new truck is no safer then an old truck. Yet the technology we have placed in our company has saved a life this week. After fault finding through a brake system we have replaced a service brake valve. The results dont lie. Enjoy another safe weekend to all

Been plenty of training at Daimler Clayton over the past months in preparation of this new joint venture between Latrobe Valley Truck Works sub dealer for Whitehorse Truck Centre. We look forward to this new venture being a dealer for the three Daimler brands being Mercedes Benz, Freightliner and Fuso Trucks. We look forward to supporting Gippsland over many years to come.
