23.01.2022 RASV alpaca show on the weekend. Terrible Melbourne weather wet & cold but inspite of the weather Surtierra had a successful weekend. Great work in the show ring by young Riley Arnold.

12.01.2022 Bendigo Show last Saturday...took the babies from the autumn drop. They were so good, well behaved & performed well in the ring. I was so proud of them....& they all won ribbons! I will take two of them to the Castlemaine Farmer's Market on Sunday before they are shorn next week.

11.01.2022 Just finished a round of summer husbandry...injections, body score, toenails. Thanks to my wonderful grandson Thomas for his help. All Surtierra Alpacas in good condition despite the dry conditions. I feel relieved by that.

Imkhan tends to throw to the colour of the dam so can be used over white or coloured females. Stud fee $600+GST drive-by. Travel costs extra for mobile matings. 01.01.2022 Poor little Mavis is finally home again with her friends, after 5 weeks of intensive dressings to her badly injured leg. She was so patient, tolerant & stoic through her long ordeal. Good girl Mavis!
