(Great for beginners to advanced lifters) Survive the HIIT - This is a high heart rate fast-paced class with a focus on compound, dynamic or explosive movements to burn a high amount of calories each and every class. (Some previous basic exercise training recommended) Boxing Fitness - Boxing Fitness is a basic boxing class with a focus on technique, footwork, and movement for a start and progressing to fast pace pad work & or bag work.
