24.01.2022 | Jordan | Pretty special when your girlfriend gets to be your partner for your formal. Thank you for a great afternoon with your family, capturing all these memories. Katrina Beutel Jubri's Hideaway

23.01.2022 | Lasharne, Beau and gorgeous Daisy | Beau and Lasharne are absolutely smitten with their daughter and each other. It's not what we have in life, but who we have. While I can prompt my families during a session, I also love to step back and see it all naturally unfold and this was one of those sessions! Every family will bring their own unique love to a session and I adore seeing this happen every time. ... Thank you for a wonderful afternoon! Xx

23.01.2022 | Taylor Family | While we could not get the whole generational family together for this session due to gathering restrictions at the time, I am glad we captured Rebecca and her boys during this stage of their lives. I really enjoyed their eldest little human, during his stage of their lives...full of energy, life and willing to explore his surroundings.

20.01.2022 | Rook Family | Every time I photograph a session up at the Bunya Mountains, there is something new I see in my favourite places. Just like this budding tree ready for spring time. Love all the layers and textures it brings to these images. Beautiful time of the year for the Rook family. Absolutely stunning, is this family!

20.01.2022 Our Farmer We all get it. Our farmers are the lifeblood of the country. But do we really get it? The emotional toll that comes with it? Farmers’ tend to hide a lot of their emotions from the challenges they face. Having their income be directly determined by the weather. Through the dust, drought and flooding rains, the farmer bears it all. Their resilience, determination and love for what they do, is what drives them to keep going. The hope for better times when face...d with hardship and uncertainty. Many farmers will make do with what machinery they have or bring in a contractor to help get the harvest done when time is not on their side. Making it all work during those drought years and still produce some of the world’s best products, that Australia is commonly known for. Today is National Agriculture Day #AgDayAU . A day establised by Australian Farmers and National Farmers Federation. Even though we are all thankful every day for the farmer growing us the food and the fibres for our clothes, this day we can make the most of it. Today, I invite you all to like, share and tag a farmer friend, to say thank you for all the love, care and the hard work they do for us all. We THANK YOU! In collaboration with Carrick Aland, we bring to you a short video creation, showing the many different seasons and products of a farmers’ year. While I am no cinematographer with all the latest and greatest, I still had fun creating this with the cameras, drone and a GoPro, that I do have. Had a vision of this for some time and made it work with a heap of footage I’ve been gathering over the last few years. Ben Jacobs

20.01.2022 | Cooper | This little darling is now my second lifestyle newborn session after a very long break in this area of photography. His precious little soul, his tiny little toes, his hands, those eyelashes and the cutest comb over hairstyle! I honestly didn't think I would return to newborns and for many reasons, and a huge one being postnatal anxiety, that I was diagnosed with, with my own babies. I didnt always get those adorable feelings (thankfully do now as their older) ...that many speak about and the anxiety alwayed kicked in when a newborn cried, especially if I was holding them, so I didn’t feel like I was cut out for photographing them until now. But this session and the previous one, I felt absolutely calm. Because the parents were the ones who wrapped their babies. They took control of their precious bundle. This in turn allowed them to be present in the moment with their baby, and allowed me to capture their emotions. Kaytlin and Ryan, thank you for this extra affirmation I needed in lifestyle newborn photography.

19.01.2022 | Breanna, Josh and the Girls | How cute is this family!? Breanna and Josh, gorgeous, caring parents to three beautiful girls all with their distinctive personalties. It was great watching them be who they are and enjoy exploring what the farm offered. The cattle (which my husband has trained to be super quiet), the girls were able to get close to almost a pat. Very rare, that the cattle are in the right paddock at the right time. Family portraiture and agriculture, two of my greatest passions in the one session!

18.01.2022 | Kruger's | Ahh the amazing Tom and Tiff showing me how much they love each other (and laughing at my crazy antics) and their adorable kids. Super excited for their wedding in September. Tiffany McKeon and Matthew Thomas Kruger

16.01.2022 | Daniel | Recently Daniel attended his formal on Friday and in his blue suit, I think he rocked the red carpet! A few sneak peeks from his session.

15.01.2022 Sitting here and be like.... I have time to post something. While I am between a heap of sessions editing, editing that needs to be posted, I thought I'd show you who is amazing behind the scenes for me. This dude is my husband, am I am very proud of him! He is my reality check. Whenever I have crazy anxiety he is who I turn too. I am forever grateful for his opinion (even if it is hard to hear at times). He is part of this family twine. Love him!

15.01.2022 | George Family | Love it when you can watch a couple grow into a family. Great to see this little bubba not fussy on his food. He will even try to eat a flower and oats straw. A little boy that is never short of snuggles and kisses. Enjoy your first Christmas as a family.

14.01.2022 | Tom and Tiff | Spoilt with their close family and friends, this family cruised into married life with calm determination. I would have to say, Tom was the usual nervous groom and Tiff was the most settled bride I've ever photographed and one, who with her bridesmaids and the groomsmen.... knew how to throw in the jokes and made sure they landed! So I would have to describe this wedding as calm and beautiful with a good dose of candid jaw dropping (sometimes) quite sneaky ...humour...and yes I helped contributed too! Thanks for an awesome day you guys Xx. Thank you to all the vendors who made their day very special. 14.01.2022 | Feuerheerdt Family | A gorgeous family! And I am super excited to share with you all, as it is now after Christmas. All their love, that dress, and all those golden tones was a recipe for a wonderful family session. I am so very glad they chose to gift their family with beautiful images of their own family. Printed images last a lifetime and are one of the best gifts to give. Thank you for the honour to have captured your family! Breea Feuerheerdt

14.01.2022 | Cusack Family | A wonderful family from Condamine, enjoying each others presence with a generational family session. Thank you for a great afternoon! Very glad some much needed rain fell the night before this session. Renewed hope for the season.

14.01.2022 Her best friend will always be her daughter. Nearing the end of editing this session, and this image had me feeling very emotional. Cherishing my own relationship with my mother. These two have been through so much privately, yet are still looking to the future and seeing what other mischief they can get up too. While being each other's leaning post.

13.01.2022 Sunrise breath. Taken at the yearly Elders Dalby Yearling and Store Challenge. Well done to all the winners. . If you would like to see and follow more of my Agricultural images, I post these regularly on my Instagram account @susan_jacobs_photography

12.01.2022 | Gillespie Family | What a great bunch this family is! Dad and all his funny tricks making the family laugh and mum soaking up all the love while being in the photos with the family and also celebrating this little man turning 1. I love how every family are truly unique in how they show love to each other and I feel pretty special to see that in front of my camera. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon. I enjoyed capturing all the fun!

11.01.2022 | Kasey | Kasey you looked amazing for your formal recently. I can see how proud your Mum and Dad and all the family are of you and your achievements. Don't stop doing what makes you happy and shine brightly.

10.01.2022 | Wegener Family | Everything about this session was this family's perfect. When I photograph a family, my one rule I always express is, be present with each other, enjoy this time and the little moments it brings. Explore nature and use this time to just cuddle and love each other up. Life goes so quickly, forget about what tomorrow brings and just use this time to fill up your cup of joy. ... Thank you Dan and Melissa for a wonderful afternoon! Your family is just simply gorgeous! Xx Loving all the families I have captured recently and more to come.

09.01.2022 | Rachel and James | The smiles and tears they shared all throughout the day could not be dampened by the rainy weather. The emotions on James's face told us all, he has the love of his life and Rachel has a man that will be her rock through life. There is no doubt in my mind, that these two are completely head over heals in love with each other. @rachelosborne and @jamesosborne Vendors:... 08.01.2022 | Stephen | You are a great guy, who has awesome parents supporting you through life. Glad I could make you smile and laugh during your session. Thanks for the time capturing your images! Jubri's Hideaway

08.01.2022 A pleasure it was capturing Vicki's promotional images and this video, exploring the space on offer, for her Coworking business here in Dalby, and just recently opened. Hub Cowork is a local Dalby workplace created for business owners, individuals, and community groups so they can walk in with their laptop or the like and start working immediately, thus, eliminating the costs of setting up a permanent office.

06.01.2022 | Blanck Family | I was very excited to photograph this wonderful family on their family farm, at the foothills of the Bunya Mountains. Why? Because it isn't flat like my parents farm (which I still love, but a change up is good). Loved all their scenery, even if it is this family's daily view. Thank you Sharon for a great afternoon and playing (photography) in your gorgeous backyard with your great family! Sharon Blanck.

06.01.2022 Living life to the fullest. The apple did not fall far from the tree here. Crazy fun was this pair during a family session.

06.01.2022 | Joshua | A sophisticated young man ready for his formal. Congratulations on your graduation and may your future be a rewarding one. Thank you to the Hart family for choosing me to capture this special moment.

05.01.2022 | Brandt Family | Oh what a gorgeous family! A beautiful location, Bunya Mountains and spoilt with a warm winters afternoon. A recipe for some creativity and family cuddles. With a wee little one, that had a power nap towards the end. Bless her. Amber Brandt

04.01.2022 A wonderful charity in the lead up to Christmas. An absolute joy to photograph these ladies and the hampers and products from local businesses. Check them out. Proceeds distributed to Drought Angels for our farmers.

03.01.2022 | Cameron and Kristine Sorley | What else can you add to a family session? ... A plane... or two! A great warm afternoon for this beautiful girl, her parents, grandparents and great grandparent (who is 93 and looking amazing!), at Jimbour House... My dad and Kristine's dad, back in the day, used to do "fly-in's" with their planes and a great bunch of mates. It was great to see the family again! P.S. I was in awe of the Cessna 190, that is over 70 years old and was lovingly restored by Kristine's dad, Alan. Cameron Sorley and Kristine Sorley

03.01.2022 | Breanna & Nick | Simply stunning, are two words that describe this session and how much fun we had! Thank you for choosing me to capture your engagement photography. Breanna and Nick

03.01.2022 | McConville Family | The best part of this session was not just the laughs we had, but how Krystle adores her family and the relationship she has with her mother. Through sickness and health those two will always be there for each other and making the most of every part of life. Even when you cannot get to your brother's wedding, so you darn well make sure you get dressed up for your family session and have a great time.

03.01.2022 A wonderful family owned and operated dental practice in Oakey, I had the joy to film this and capture some promotional imagery for their advertising.

03.01.2022 Tomorrow we invite you to celebrate...

02.01.2022 It was absolutely amazing capturing this lovely lady’s business launch. Check out her business and see what she can do for you at your next event.

01.01.2022 Thank you to all! To everyone who I have photographed. I treasure all those sessions this year. And thank you to all who have supported me in any way they can, big or small, even a simple compliment goes a long way. From my family to yours, we wish you a Safe and Merry Christmas with a Blessed New Year.
