22.01.2022 Your eyes maybe the windows of your soul but your nails let you know the truth about your inner health. My fingernails are terrible ATM + this is telling me to look at a deeper imbalance within that can't be fixed with a mani. We wear nail polish which hides the wisdom our body is trying to tell us.... It's often our digestive health + inability to absorb our minerals. As much as I'd love a mani + pedi I do dislike the toxic products the nail bars use. So I've made my own for tonight. It's already on my couch ready to go so no excuses! Coconut Oil with lemon + lavander oil for a cuticle + hand massage. Plus a few tools of trade. 14.01.2022 Sometimes we are so full of noise that we cannot hear ourselves think. We medicate our feelings + fears. We then loose our mojo.... What to do? Let some out by... Walking in silence alone with flow... Turning off netflix and writing (calling them just creates more noise)a letter to a friend or elderly relative. Mother Bear your fears + frustrations by writing a list + gently working thru it. Making peace with your procrastination by quietening the noise + following your mama bear list. Write your ideas + thoughts etc down so you create space in your mind. Turn off the news Then... Tune in listen to what is under the noise. Your mojo. xx
