23.01.2022 Sunshine Coast followers - please share! Steve Biddulph is a fabulous resource and speaker with great tips for raising boys. I’ve just booked my ticket - always learning! Raising girls is on at North Lakes or Brisbane )Happy Sunday xxx

23.01.2022 My heart races and my palms sweat when my feet are not touching the ground! Im not so good with heights! Kinesiology has been amazing for me and before I discovered it's benefits I would hardly even get on a plane. (unless it was absolutely necessary) EFT (emotional freedom technique) is one technique. I love using it with clients as well. Here I am in Japan flying in a gondola/ropeway high up over a smouldering volcano. I was loving it, completely overwhelmed with excitement, and scared all at the same time. Feeling the Fear and doing it anyway !!!!! Look at my husband laughing at me. Cheeky !!!

22.01.2022 Love this - a gentle reminder that boundaries, self care and YOUR priorities are important. No does not always need an explanation either. One to remind our tweens and teenagers as well. Smiles to you all - have a beautiful weekend xx.

21.01.2022 Grateful for my beautiful customers and hope they love the products as much as I have enjoyed creating them! Has been a while since I posted on here - spending more time on Instagram these days at iamoils - but still send lots of Kinesiology love to you all xxx

20.01.2022 I’m incredibly fussy with what I share on social media as time is precious and I don’t want to waste your time !!! - but this is a really great read x

20.01.2022 **** Below are some words that might help beyond the RUOK ?? * When someone close to you does not seem so Okay ..... Listen, withhold judgement and listen some more. So many tools out their now to support anxiety and depression so it hurts my heart that the leading cause of death in 18- 24 year olds is suicide (and it does not only affect that age group). Connection, understanding and support is crucial. If your lucky enough not to be touched by this - then be grateful and reach out to others xxxx Have a beautiful day - Im out and about discovering plants and healing herbs for my Kinesiology clients. #RUOK #wordstosay #Kinesiologycanhelp #wecanmakethisathingofthepast #kindnessiscontagious

20.01.2022 What would you choose today? xxxx

18.01.2022 Recipe alert !!!! Broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, onion, loads of garlic and chicken bone broth soup. Fry up onions and garlic in pan, add veggies and then broth, water and herbs and spices to taste . Under $20 and absolutely delicious! Will be enough for a few meals and I can send some down to Brisbane frozen for my big kids. So quick and cheap! Bone broth is in lots of supermarkets and health food shops now - packaged up and affordable. Great for gut health !

18.01.2022 Whether it is your morning coffee, a flower in the garden, or a sensational beach. Pause. Inhale. Exhale .....and take it all in. xxx

18.01.2022 Ahhhh boundaries - so so important x

17.01.2022 Wise words for a Wednesday x

13.01.2022 Rituals are really important to kids. Rituals help with developing resilience and foster a sense of belonging as a team/family. Rituals can also provide a sense of predictability and hence stability for children. Explore what could be your family ritual? Have a beautiful weekend x

13.01.2022 Last years post....but words still so important xxx

12.01.2022 Helpful thinking x

12.01.2022 One of the first questions I always ask parents is "What do you think is going on"? Whilst Kinesiology can support, bring awareness, and help children process events in their lives - you are always the expert on your little one. Please contact me on 0413 093 212 if you think we can work together to. Im still based out of Circle Wellness in Peregian xxxx

12.01.2022 Take responsibility, find the opportunity and much more Worth a watch xx

11.01.2022 What a valuable lesson!

10.01.2022 My child seems worried - what can I say next? Maybe below might give you a start

09.01.2022 And the day came when it was all about teaching THEM the skills needed in life, and less about it being a reflection of me if they went to places with a crinkled shirt. I also told them that it was about time they learnt as it was highly unlikely that they would ever find a girl who was going to be happy to do it ( and why should she anyway). My boys and girls have done this from about 13 - a few complaints and sometimes lots of crinkles !!!!! xxxx

08.01.2022 Brilliant article - helpful information for those dealing with children and fire trauma. Please share if you know someone who this may help. Take Cake xx

08.01.2022 Giggling ... have a great day xxx

07.01.2022 This photo always makes me smile. Such a great reminder that in every situation there will always be another point of view. Not everyone will have the same perspective as you. Miss 7 here thought that this place was boring. Do you really think we had any chance to convince her otherwise? Maybe someone could have knelt down and seen it from her point of view, or gently picked her up. Whilst this can be uncomfortable, and easy to forget, it is vital in human relationships. Seek to understand. And remember - differences are okay- it is how we react to those differences that causes the damage. Hope you have had a beautiful day x

05.01.2022 Shift in perspective can be a game changer. Tuesdays thought x

05.01.2022 Resilience is a bit of a buzz word. Some believe failing and struggling will build resilience. Maybe. I am a believer that connection does. Children will grow strong and confident, with the ability to take risks and accept failure, if they are surrounded by people who love them no matter what. Can be a hard challenge some days as a parent to fit everything in - but connection is vital xx

04.01.2022 Words are so powerful. This is a beautiful illustration. Word from other can hurt - but also be mindful of the way you talk to yourself about yourself #iam xxx

03.01.2022 Here in Queensland we finally have lots of rain after a hot summer. This brings time to read, sleep and be indoors. Love it! Happy Saturday to you all. Enjoy this gorgeous little read that I am sharing today x
