11.01.2022 Heads up for all of the people who have bought travel insurance for trips they are now not travelling on. Firstly check the pds when you actually bought the policy to see if you are covered for cancellation expenses and if there is an exclusion for pandemics. Second, if you aren’t making a claim and haven’t travelled you are untitled to a refund or credit for the money you have paid. If you have an annual frequent traveller policy you are entitled to a refund for the months you could not travel. Good luck everyone
