21.01.2022 The regular Zoom classes will run as usual over the Easter weekend. Friday morning 9.30 - 11am and Saturday morning 8.15 - 0945 am. Let me know and I’ll send you the link. See you then.

18.01.2022 The regular classes will run at their usual times. Tuesday 6.30 - 8pm, Friday 0930 - 1100, and Saturday 0815 - 0945. Anybody is able to join in to the classes on ZOOM. Just download the ZOOM app, contact me and I'll give you the ID number. No fees payable.

07.01.2022 Hi all yogis, Well it's a wildly different world in which were living. Aren't we glad that we have our yoga practice to ground us. Even our yoga practice is a little different, but same same. I'm doing my yoga classes on zoom now. All you need to do (in the privacy of your own home), is to download the ZOOM app onto your iPad, open it and follow the prompts. (Or us04web.zoom.us/j/8623995443) Put in the ID number for my classes. 862 399 5443. Then the screen will come up.... Try to log in about 10 minutes before the class starts, so we can all be ready on time. The regular class times are: Tuesday 6.30 - 8pm, Friday 9.30 - 11am, Saturday 8.15 - 9.45am. I will be doing a chair yoga class for those with knee issues..AKA Dicky Knees. The time for this one is by request. I'm running one tomorrow at 1130 if you wish to join in. At this point in time, the classes are at no cost to you. When you come to class, make sure I can see you on the screen, you need a yoga mat, a block or rolled up towel, a strap, an eyebag, also a blanket if it's cold. 04.01.2022 Hi Yoginis. I hope you are all keeping well. We are all well here, I'm self isolating and Alila is home schooling. Ken's still out there working (lucky Ken)!! These are indeed trying times, but like all things, it will pass. We just have to be patient and wait it out. Doing some yoga practice will help to keep us grounded. Unfortunately, we are not able to get together for our regular yoga class, but I'm hoping you are all keeping up with your own daily practice. Or st...arting your own daily practice. Let's try for 15 minutes a day. Pick a time when you won't be disturbed. Sitting comfortably, Start with some deep breathing and concentrating on the breath, settling your mind. Standing, raise arms and do side stretches L and R, holding for 5 breaths. On all fours, cat pose x5, then lunging both sides holding for 5 breaths. Sit quietly and breathe , paying attention to each breath. I'll build on this each day. And now, out of the Little Book of Eastern wisdom, a Buddhist proverb: You are your own master. 02.01.2022 Namaste all, Imagine my horror this morning when I set up for the 8.15 am yoga class, logged on to ZOOM only to find out that the data in my pocket wifi had run out during the night..We haven’t had our house wifi since 18/02/2020. The phone lines just lying on the ground in Burrell Road. Telstra techs came this morning and repaired the lines and our wifi came back on at 1200..So unfortunately, I wasn’t able to run my regular 0815 class this morning, but WAS able to run the 11...30 chair yoga class at 1200. It was well attended. I’m happy to run this morning’s class tomorrow morning at 0900. Let me know if you’re able to join the class and I’ll give you the ID number.
