This is a much watch for any and all -- to understand and know that we all have strengths and we all have weaknesses not just people diagnosed with ASD or a mental health condition. Tanya supports people to understand not judge themselves, others and/or the behaviours and then what unfolds when we are honest with what life is presenting for us... to deal with - whatever ails us - so it does not taint or continue to affect our lives, our relationships and our health and wellbeing. 09.01.2022 Join Tanya Curtis and myself this year to explore and discuss Life with all its twists and turns and round-about as there is nothing we are not equipped to hand...le. I hear all too often that while we got educated on geography, science and english, we did not get educated on -- how to do life, how to parent, how to communicate, how to have relationships, how to have that difficult conversation or handle a challenging situation...to name but a few... The beauty of life is that we are never given more than we can handle however sometimes think we cannot. Let's get together and blow the top off the 'can't'.
