01.01.2022 What makes Sushi Blue Fin different from other Sushi Bars, Sushi Take Away & Sushi Train restaurants? The honest truth is we dont know how long a single dish that is made, will stay on the tracks of a Sushi Train restaurant. How long would a freshly made sushi roll or bento would be on display waiting for you to pick it as your next meal? Wouldnt it be nice to have a decent meal that is made fresh in front of you? At Sushi Blue Fin we are always committed to providing the ...freshest catch and quality produce to your dishes. We are capable of creating Sushi Rolls which maybe required at times to meet customer dietary requirements where some may not be able to have certain vegetables or meat. We make our Sushi Rolls and Sushi fresh on the spot! We dont make our dishes in advance but serve them to your tables made fresh. Our Sashimi platters are always filled with the best catch every morning delivered to our restaurant. Customers may notice slightly varying quantities or some Sashimi fillets that may not always be on the Sashimi Platters. As part of our commitment we dont deliver dishes that dont meet our quality rating, therefore Sashimi platters may include fillets that are much dependant on the quality of the catch on the day the produce are delivered to our restaurant.
