13.01.2022 Mushroom week! Today's special is Crumbed Japanese Mushroom. Eryngii mushroom a.k.a. king oyster mushroom is very popular in Japan. It is also used for French, Italian and Chinese food. We make mushroom fry coated with panko bread crumbs.
