14.01.2022 Miss D enjoyed avocado and eggs this morning this recipe just uses the egg yolks. Egg yolks are amazing And PACKED with vitamins ( A, D, E and K along with om...ega-3 fats. Compared to the whites, egg yolks are also rich in folate and vitamin B12). The avocado gives is a gorgeous creamy texture as well as being packed with amazing fats and goodness too!! I love making my own food for her as I’m trying to teach her palate that not all food needs to be sweet. I do find when looking at pouches in the baby aisle lots of food for Dylan’s age is sweetened with fruit purées, even the main course ones. this @louisekeats recipe is available on Cookidoo in the whole food child book See more
