09.01.2022 Happy 40th Ruby anniversary to my husband Leigh and myself. Unfortunately our small family dinner was cancelled but thought, might as well still make the cake and treat ourselves. Bottom tier- chocolate mud cake layered with Baileys buttercream. Top tier- white mud cake layered with strawberry buttercream and strawberry pieces. Covered with vanilla buttercream, decorated with sparkle edible lace, gorgeous Rudy red fresh roses and a natural wood topper from since85designs. Delicious if I do say so myself.
